Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand for the entire shift.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 5 lbs. and occasional up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in a customer or patient facing role is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring safety.
• Screen donors and record donor vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use the Donor Information System and maintain donor charts/records.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements using approved procedures.
• Work a variety of shifts including Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
