Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Washington state is hiring for a truly part-time Plasma Donor Screener and Phlebotomy support role. Most shifts run 4 to 6 hours across 3+ days per week, with Saturday, Sunday, and holiday coverage expected.

Training is paid and introductory; onboarding emphasizes donor safety and accurate recordkeeping. The role reports to the Plasma Center Manager and involves using the Donor Information System, maintaining charts, coordinating donor compensation, and identifying

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to stand/walk for shift length.
• Evenings, weekends and holidays required.
• Able to lift up to 5 lbs and occasional heavier lifting.
• Experience in customer or patient-facing roles helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring donor and staff safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use Donor Information System to prepare donor charts and coordinate donor compensation.
• Suggest improvements to center processes following approved procedures.
• Be available for shifts including Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
