Generations is seeking part-time Med Techs/Caregivers in Clovis, CA to assist residents with daily living activities in a respectful, compassionate way. You will follow care plans and align with the community leadership to ensure compliant operation.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of professional caregiving experience preferred.
• CNA or HHA certification is a plus and CPR/First Aid is available upon hire.

Description

Med Techs/Caregivers at Carmel Village assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL’s) while treating all residents with dignity, respect, and compassion. Caregivers follow resident care plans as directed by community leadership and comply with Federal, State, and Local standards for community operation. Our team incorporates the Generation’s Mission, Vision, and Values into their daily work and interactions with others.

Schedule

• Part-time in Memory Care or Assisted Living, working 5:30 am - 2:00 pm OR 1:30 pm - 10:00 pm on a rotating schedule.
• 8-Hour Shifts
• Must have weekend and holiday availability
• Back-up Caregiver

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a Caregiver is preferred, but not required.
• Certification as a Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide is a plus.
• CPR/First Aid certification training is available upon hire.
• Ability to pass pre-employment physical and background checks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and patient
