Generations is seeking compassionate caregivers at Montage Creek in Montrose, CO to assist residents with daily living activities and maintain their dignity and safety. The role includes following care plans and adhering to health and safety standards within a senior living community.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Experience as a caregiver is preferred, but not required.
• CPR/First Aid certification - training is available upon hire.

Description

Caregivers at Montage Creek assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) while treating all residents with dignity, respect, and compassion. Caregivers follow resident care plans as directed by community leadership and comply with Federal, State, and Local standards for community operation. Our team incorporates the Generations Mission, Vision, and Values into their daily work and interactions with others.

Schedule:

• PRN, all shifts
• Part-time NOC 10:00pm - 6:00am
• 8-Hour shifts
• Weekends needed and holiday availability preferred

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a Caregiver is preferred, but not required.
• Certification as a Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide is a plus.
• CPR/First Aid certification - training is available upon hire.
• Ability to pass pre-employment physical and background checks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and patient
