Generations LLC in Clovis, CA seeks a Part-time Med Tech/Caregiver to assist residents with daily living, follow care plans, and uphold community standards. This on-site role emphasizes compassion and teamwork in a senior living setting.

We offer PTO, medical/dental/vision, 401(k) employer match, employee engagement, a safe work environment, and on-the-job training. Schedule includes early morning shifts with rotating weekends; weekend and holiday availability is required.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of professional caregiving experience preferred but not required.
• Certification as Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide is a plus.
• CPR/First Aid certification training is available upon hire.
• Pass pre-employment physical and background checks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and patient.

Description

Med Techs/Caregivers at Carmel Village assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL’s) while treating all residents with dignity, respect, and compassion. Caregivers follow resident care plans as directed by community leadership and comply with Federal, State, and Local standards for community operation. Our team incorporates the Generation’s Mission, Vision, and Values into their daily work and interactions with others.

Schedule:

• Part-time in Memory Care or Assisted Living, working 5:30 am - 2:00 pm OR 1:30 pm - 10:00 pm on a rotating schedule.
• 8-Hour Shifts
• Must have weekend and holiday availability
• Back-up Caregiver

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a Caregiver is preferred, but not required.
• Certification as a Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide is a plus.
• CPR/First Aid certification training is available upon hire.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
