Job summary

Caregivers at Cherrywood Village assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) while treating all residents with dignity, respect, and compassion. Caregivers follow resident care plans as directed by community leadership and comply with Federal, State, and Local standards for community operation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (HS diploma/GED).
• Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required.
• Certification as CNA or Home Health Aide is a plus.
• CPR/First Aid certification training available on hire.
• Ability to pass pre-employment physical and background checks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and patient.

Caregivers at Cherrywood Village assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) while treating all residents with dignity, respect, and compassion. Caregivers follow resident care plans as directed by community leadership and comply with Federal, State, and Local standards for community operation. Schedule:

• Part-time in Memory Care, Saturdays through Mondays, from 6:00 am - 2:15 pm
• Part-time in Assisted LIving, Thursdays through Saturdays, from 6:00 am - 2:15 pm
• Part-time in Assisted Living, Saturdays through Mondays, from 6:00 am - 2:15 pm
• Part-time in Assisted Living, Fridays and Saturdays, from 10:00 pm - 6:15 am
• 8-Hour Shifts
• Holiday availability preferred

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a Caregiver is preferred but not required.
• Certification as a Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide is a plus.
