Job summary

Fairway Management (FWM), a division of JES Holdings, is seeking a Maintenance Tech II to keep our apartment communities in top condition. You will perform diverse tasks from drywall to electrical work and respond to work orders with urgency and care.

The role emphasizes punctuality, safety awareness, and the ability to work independently or with a team. Experience in multifamily or commercial maintenance, and knowledge of REAC/INSPIRE prep, are highly valued.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or the equivalent.
• 3+ years of maintenance experience in multifamily, commercial, or hotel settings.
• Working knowledge in plumbing, electrical, basic HVAC, carpentry, appliance repair, painting, and building systems.
• Knowledge of REAC and INSPIRE inspection preparation.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks including drywall repair, painting, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair and general building upkeep.
• Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, HVAC as part of unit turns and preventative maintenance.
• Complete daily work orders and ensure safety and quality standards.
• Travel to regional trainings as required.
