Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Porter to assist in maintenance, make-ready tasks, and daily operations across our communities in Sacramento. You will handle cleaning, ground upkeep, and routine repairs under supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

The role requires a High School diploma, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements. Regular on-site work, safety-conscious practices, and occasional on-call duties are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily maintenance and make-ready tasks for the property.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Maintain safety by following OSHA guidelines and keeping common areas clean.
• Support maintenance supervisor and community manager in tasks and inspections.
• On-call emergency support at the community as needed.
