Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Porter to assist in carrying out maintenance processes across our properties. You will support corrective, preventive, routine, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

Responsibilities include property upkeep, make-ready tasks, responding to work orders, and ensuring safety while delivering good resident relations. This is a full-time on-site role at the Folsom property with on-call duties.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills necessary for on-site software functions.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in carrying out the maintenance processes of the property, including routine and cosmetic tasks.
• Perform make-ready activities in line with property objectives under supervision.
• Maintain grounds, buildings, breezeways, and common areas and respond to work orders.
• Support in safety practices and follow OSHA guidelines.
• Participate in on-call emergency at the community as requested.
• Provide customer service and maintain a positive image of the community.
