Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Porter to support maintenance operations at our community properties. The porter assists in carrying out maintenance tasks, including corrective, preventative, routine, and cosmetic work under supervision, ensuring safety and adherence to guidelines.

Responsibilities include daily grounds and common area upkeep, responding to work orders, supporting make-ready processes, and participating in on-call emergencies to uphold excellent resident relations and property

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use on-site software.
• Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintenance of the property including routine and preventive tasks.
• Perform cleaning, trash removal, and grounds upkeep of common areas.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Support make-ready processes and uphold safety standards.
• Be on-call for property emergencies as needed.
• Maintain organized maintenance shop and follow safety guidelines.
