Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Porter to support maintenance operations across our properties. You will assist with corrective, preventive, routine, and cosmetic tasks under supervision, ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents and staff.

The role requires a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements. Regular on-site work, on-call shifts, and adherence to safety standards are part of the responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintenance of the property, including corrective, preventive, routine, and cosmetic tasks.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Maintain grounds, buildings, breezeways, and common areas daily.
• Participate in unit inspections and on-call emergencies as needed.
• Ensure repairs and safety compliance follow policy and OSHA guidelines.
