Job summary

Absolute Storage Management is seeking a Maintenance Tech to perform routine maintenance and repairs across multiple locations in GA. This role involves carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical tasks, plus troubleshooting and keeping detailed maintenance records.

You will coordinate with property teams, estimate parts, and assist external vendors for larger projects, all while adhering to OSHA and safety policies and maintaining building conditions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous maintenance or handyman experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems.
• Background screening will be conducted at time of hire.
• For positions involving driving, a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Responsibilities

• Complete routine maintenance and repairs across assigned properties to ensure safe operation.
• Perform basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical repairs.
• Troubleshoot malfunctioning equipment and building-related issues.
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance checklists and inspections.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and scheduled procedures.
• Obtain estimates for supplies and repair parts; order materials as instructed.
• Maintain cleanliness and overall condition of buildings, units, and grounds.
• Communicate regularly with property teams regarding maintenance needs, budgets, and completed work.
• Assist with coordinating external vendors and contractors for larger repair or capital improvement projects.
• Follow all OSHA guidelines and company safety policies at all times.
