Job summary

Absolute Storage Management seeks a Maintenance Tech (Fix-It Pro & Property Perfectionist) for approximately 28 hours a week, rotating among Covington, Monroe, Athens, Commerce, and Atlanta GA storage locations. The role covers routine maintenance, basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical repairs to keep properties well‑maintained.

You will inspect and repair equipment, coordinate with property teams, manage simple maintenance records, and follow OSHA safety policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems.
• Previous maintenance or handyman experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete routine maintenance and repairs across assigned properties to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Perform basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical repairs.
• Troubleshoot malfunctioning equipment and building-related issues.
