Harbor Group Management Company is seeking a Multi-site Maintenance Technician to service two or more properties, ensuring clean, safe, and functional buildings and amenities for residents.

The role covers routine maintenance, resident requests, and coordination of repairs, with on-call availability as needed. Join a team focused on high-quality living experiences and strong property operations.

Qualifications

• One-year general maintenance experience in multifamily or commercial settings.
• HVAC certification preferred; EPA Type I/II or Universal for refrigerant handling is a plus.
• Available for emergencies, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, appliance repair, and glass work.
• Respond to resident service requests promptly using a work-order system.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and ensure safe, efficient operation of the property.
• Prepare vacant units for new residents; inspect, punch-list, and coordinate repairs.
• Maintain amenities and common areas, including breezeways and pools.
• Manage maintenance tools, materials, and inventory; notify for reorder as needed.
• Support safety policies; attend OSHA training and report incidents accurately.
• Inspect vendor work for quality and scope compliance.
• Assist in property inspections to identify maintenance needs.
