Job summary

Harbor Group Management Company seeks a Multi-site Maintenance Technician to service two or more properties, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and functionality of buildings, grounds, and amenities. You will respond to resident requests, perform routine maintenance, and prepare vacant units for new residents.

Applicants should have strong trades experience and be able to work on-call, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in general maintenance across mechanical trades is required.
• HVAC certification is preferred; EPA refrigerant handling certification is mandatory.
• Multifamily maintenance experience is highly desirable.
• Valid driver’s license is required for equipment operation.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical maintenance including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repair.
• Respond to resident service requests and track using a work order system.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and manage unit prep for new residents.
• Maintain amenity areas and common spaces to company standards.
• Inspect vendor work and assist in property inspections for upkeep.
