Job summary

Woodruff Property Management Company seeks a skilled Maintenance Technician I to support property maintenance operations. The role involves troubleshooting and repairing maintenance issues, performing unit turnovers, responding to service requests, and ensuring a safe and well-maintained community for residents.

This position offers an hourly pay range of $26-$28 and requires HVAC & EPA universal certification, along with 3+ years of maintenance experience in a large property or multi-site

Qualifications

HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems knowledge and hands-on maintenance experience.
Able to diagnose and repair diverse building systems and appliances.
Safe operation of hand and power tools and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities

Prepare vacant apartments for new residents, including repairs, painting, and cleaning.
Respond to resident maintenance and service requests in a timely manner.
Diagnose and repair issues related to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, and interiors.
Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and apartments.
Identify and report safety hazards and liability concerns.
Communicate with onsite staff, Property Managers, and Regional Managers.
