You will supervise staff, develop scopes of work, negotiate with vendors, and ensure adherence to housing rules while delivering strong customer service and curb appeal.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years' experience in residential property management or a related field.
• The ability to read and write English fluently and perform intermediate mathematical functions.
• Proficient with maintenance programs, and MS Word/Excel. First-rate communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with the on-site team in managing all maintenance repairs and upkeep of the property.
• Manage the make ready process to ensure apartments are prepared for move-in on time.
• Initiate and oversee maintenance projects to improve curb appeal and optimize building systems.
• Develop scopes of work and bid small improvements with qualified contractors.
• Manage expenses aligned with owner goals and budgeting processes.
