Coach, part of the Tapestry family, is seeking a Sales Support Associate II in Glendale, AZ. You’ll welcome clients, manage POS transactions, and help maintain stock and visual merchandising on the sales floor. The role emphasizes brand-ambassador duties and efficient service to drive store performance.

Ideal candidates have retail experience, strong English skills, and the ability to work flexible hours including busy periods. Lift requirements and stock handling are part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or high-end stores.
• Strong English language proficiency and excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and the ability to discuss product basics.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and peak days.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism at the cash wrap.
• Operate POS accurately, maintain cash wrap organization and report discrepancies.
• Receive, process and organize shipments and transfers; maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Manage stock levels, replenish floors, and perform visual merchandising updates.
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests confidently.
• Uphold Loss Prevention guidelines and collaborate with team as needed.
