Coach in Glendale, AZ is seeking a Sales Support Associate to welcome clients, assist with transactions, and maintain a pristine sales floor. You will handle the cash wrap, process shipments, and help with stock organization to support store efficiency.

The role requires retail experience, familiarity with cash registers and basic computer skills, strong communication, and the ability to work nights and weekends in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail experience, preferably in luxury retail service.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and marketplace competition.
• Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, Internet).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap organization; handle cash/media per policy.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies.
• Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor, and update visuals.
• Support sales floor activities and assist team or management as needed.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines.
