Job summary

Coach, a part of Tapestry, is seeking a Sales Support Associate II in Commerce, California. The role supports store operations, assists customers at the cash wrap, and maintains the floor to reflect brand standards.

Flexible schedule including nights and weekends may be required to meet business needs. Responsibilities include welcoming clients, operating the POS, processing shipments, restocking, and aiding with visual merchandising.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience, preferably in luxury retail service.
• Strong English communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Operate POS accurately, maintain cash wrap, and handle cash/media per policy.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and keep stockroom clean.
• Manage stock levels, replenish floor, and execute visual merchandising updates.
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests with confidence.
