Job summary

Coach in Dallas (Northpark Center) seeks a part-time Sales Support Associate II to assist customers, handle POS transactions, and keep the sales floor orderly. You will welcome clients, support stock and merchandising, and help ensure a smooth checkout flow in a luxury environment.

The role requires strong English, excellent customer service, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. Prior retail experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience preferred, preferably luxury retail.
• Strong English language proficiency and customer service skills.
• Ability to use POS systems, iPad/laptop, and Mobile POS.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs.
• Operate POS, maintain cash wrap, and handle cash in compliance with policy.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments; maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Support merchandising updates and stock replenishment.
