Coach at 685 Fifth Ave., New York, NY is seeking a part-time Sales Support Associate II. The role supports daily store operations, greets clients, handles the cash wrap, and assists with stock and merchandising to ensure a premium customer experience.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of retail experience, knowledge of fashion trends, strong English, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Flexible schedule including nights and weekends is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience (cashier/stock/sales) in luxury or premium environment.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and knowledge of the marketplace.
• Experience with cash registers, basic computer skills, and using iPad/laptop/Mobile POS.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism at the cash wrap.
• Operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap organization.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Support sales floor activities and assist team or management as needed.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines.
