Coach, a global fashion house, is seeking a Sales Support Associate to join our Dallas store. You will welcome clients, assist with product selection, operate the POS, and help maintain a stylish, organized sales floor as part of the Tapestry family.

You'll support stock flow, merchandising updates, and daily cash handling with accuracy, while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced luxury environment. Flexibility for nights and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail or cashier/stock experience in luxury retail preferred.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competitor landscape.
• Strong English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; provide personalized assistance.
• Serve as a brand ambassador; support social media engagement.
• Operate POS accurately and manage cash wrap.
• Suggest add-on products and promote gift cards.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments; maintain stockroom.
• Manage stock levels and merchandising updates.
• Support sales floor activities and assist teammates.
• Maintain housekeeping and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines.
