Coach in North Bend, WA is seeking a Sales Support Associate III to help drive store efficiency and brand promise. You will greet customers, assist on the floor, and ensure stock flow from receiving to POS.

The role requires retail experience in luxury settings, knowledge of fashion trends, and strong English communication. You will work a flexible schedule including peak periods and weekends, with duties spanning merchandising and stockroom upkeep.

Qualifications

• Retail experience (cashier/stock) in luxury retail preferred.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.
• Proficiency with cash registers and basic computer skills (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service; strong English.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; provide personalized assistance.
• Serve as brand ambassador; support social media engagement.
• Operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap organization.
• Suggest add-on products and capture customer information.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments; report discrepancies; maintain stockroom.
• Manage stock levels and replenish sales floor; update visual merchandising as needed.
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests confidently.
• Maintain housekeeping and Loss Prevention standards.
