Job summary

Coach Branson is seeking a Temporary Sales Support Associate to welcome clients, assist on the sales floor, process shipments, and support stockroom and visual merchandising. You will operate POS systems, handle cash, and contribute to a premium customer experience in a fast-paced luxury environment.

The role requires strong English communication, flexibility to work nights and weekends, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Previous retail is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience, preferably luxury.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and customers in a luxury environment.
• Experience with cash handling and POS systems.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism at the cash wrap.
• Operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap organization.
• Receive and organize shipments; maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Support sales floor with merchandising and customer requests.
