Coach in Branson, MO seeks a Temporary Sales Associate to deliver an elevated shopping experience and meet sales goals. You will apply luxury service standards, guide customers with styling advice, and support daily store operations.

This part-time role requires strong English, fashion awareness, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while engaging clients via in-store and omni-channel approaches.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred); knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
• Experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), walkie-talkie use, ability to read price/release sheets.
• Strong English proficiency.
• Luxury retail background, social media savvy, experience with live-stream shopping or video demos, clienteling and data acquisition skills. (Preferred)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong English language proficiency. (for EU)

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and meet personal and store sales goals.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
• Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain floor and stockroom cleanliness and assist with inventory and merchandising.
