Vince is seeking a dynamic, customer service driven Part-Time Key Holder in the United States. The role focuses on generating sales, building relationships, and maintaining store visuals.

You will manage client information and follow up to maximize opportunities while supporting POS operations. The position requires a sales-driven mindset, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed personal sales and productivity goals.
• Demonstrate knowledge of merchandise features to maximize sales.
• Identify customer needs and overcome objections.
• Follow up with clients via phone, email and written contact.
• Maintain store housekeeping and visual standards.
• Operate POS and email systems.
• Safeguard inventory per loss prevention program.
• Follow all store policies and procedures.
• Client Book Management and Clienteling.
