Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate III in Blackwood, NJ to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience. As a front-line ambassador, you will meet personal and store sales goals, and support daily store operations in a luxury retail environment.

The role requires 1+ years of luxury retail sales, POS experience, and strong English. You will build client relationships, use clienteling and social media tools, and participate in brand initiatives and training.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred); knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
• Experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), walkie-talkie use, read price/release sheets.
• Strong English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Complete daily operational tasks (cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising) while maintaining service standards.
