Job summary

Coach is seeking a sales associate to represent the brand and deliver exceptional service in a luxury retail setting in the United States. You will build long-term client relationships through personalized styling, product knowledge, and fashion advice, while driving sales through cross-selling and tailored recommendations.

You will use mobile POS and clienteling tools, participate in brand initiatives, and maintain a high-energy selling floor.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred)
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS)
• Ability to lift 25 lb regularly (up to 50 lb occasionally)
• Strong English proficiency
• Luxury retail background and social media savvy; experience with live-stream shopping or video demos, clienteling and data acquisition
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain energy on the floor; manage multiple customers and adapt selling techniques.
• Perform daily operational tasks (cash wrap, inventory, replenishment, visual merchandising).
• Keep sales floor and stockroom clean, organized, and stocked; follow policies and asset protection.
