Coach is seeking a Sales Associate III for Bluffton, SC to deliver a luxe, personalized shopping experience and meet store sales goals. You will build lasting client relationships, provide fashion advice, and drive sales through cross-selling and tailored recommendations.

The role blends luxury retail service with omni‑channel selling, requiring strong English proficiency and energy for a fast-paced environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer use (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
• Strong English proficiency.
• Experience with live-stream shopping or video demos, clienteling and data acquisition is a plus.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment; weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as brand ambassador, adhering to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
