Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience and meet sales goals. You will support daily store operations while representing the Coach brand with professionalism.

You will build lasting client relationships, utilize mobile POS, and participate in brand initiatives. The role blends luxury service with omni-channel selling and team collaboration to drive loyalty and revenue.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of luxury retail sales experience or related fashion industry experience.
• Experience with POS systems and mobile devices (iPad/laptop).
• Strong English proficiency and comfort with live-stream shopping or video demos (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow style and service standards.
• Build client relationships through styling and product expertise.
• Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailoring recommendations.
• Utilize POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop personal sales plans and meet KPIs.
• Support inventory and daily store operations.
