Coach is seeking a dynamic sales associate in our Columbia, SC store to represent the Coach brand with excellence. You will build lasting client relationships, provide fashion guidance, and drive sales through personalized recommendations and cross-selling.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer use (iPad/laptop).
• Strong English proficiency; luxury retail background and social media savvy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow style/service standards.
• Build client relationships through styling and product expertise.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop personal sales plans and meet KPIs.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain high energy on the sales floor and manage multiple customers.
