Coach is seeking a Sales Associate in Bluffton to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience and meet sales goals. You will support daily store operations, build client relationships, and use mobile POS for seamless transactions, including online pickups and returns.

Applicants should have 1+ year of luxury retail experience, strong English, and comfort with live-stream shopping or social selling. Schedule may include nights, weekends, and peak seasons.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop).
• Strong English proficiency.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors; clienteling and data acquisition skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain store operations, inventory, and visual merchandising.
