Coach is seeking a Sales Associate III at our Lone Tree, CO Park Meadows location. This part-time role delivers elevated, personalized service, meets store sales goals, and supports daily store operations in a luxury retail environment.

You will build lasting client relationships, leverage product expertise, and use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social features to drive revenue. The position emphasizes professionalism, teamwork, and adaptability in a fast-paced, high-energy setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
• Experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), walkie-talkie use, ability to read price/release sheets.
• Strong English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling, product knowledge and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Complete daily store operations, inventory processing, replenishment, and merchandising.
