Qualifications

• 1+ years of luxury retail or sales experience.
• Strong English proficiency and fashion knowledge.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer use (iPad/laptop).
• Comfort with live-streams or social video for selling.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and uphold style standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product expertise.
• Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and personalized recommendations.
• Use mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain high energy on the floor and manage multiple customers.
• Complete daily tasks like cash wrap, inventory, replenishment, and merchandising.
• Keep floor and stockroom organized; follow policies and asset protection rules.
• Process transactions including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online pickups.
• Assist with inventory shipments and stock movement.
