You will meet personal and store sales goals, support daily store operations, and blend in-store service with omni-channel selling to strengthen brand loyalty.

Requirements include 1+ year in luxury retail, POS proficiency, strong English, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail preferred.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop).
• Strong English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador; adhere to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers and maintain relationships to close sales.
• Maintain high energy on the floor and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
• Complete daily tasks (cash wrap, inventory, merchandising) with service standards.
• Process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups).
• Support inventory cycles and product movement.
