Job summary

Coach seeks a Sales Associate in Colorado to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience and meet store sales goals. You will support daily operations and blend luxury retail service with omni‑channel selling to drive loyalty and revenue.

Represent Coach with style, build strong client relationships, and use POS tools to process transactions and manage inventory. Prior luxury retail or live-stream experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
• Combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop).
• Strong English proficiency.
• Luxury retail background and social media familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Complete daily operational tasks (cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising).
• Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, stock shelves, and manage product movement.
