Qualifications

• 2+ years of selling experience in fashion or luxury retail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and manage a high-quality client portfolio.
• Adept at leveraging CRM/POS tools to support sales and clienteling.
• Available to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed individual sales goals and contribute to store objectives.
• Know and act on personal KPIs: Net Sales, ATV, UPT, Conversion, Client Acquisition and Retention.
• Increase basket size through cross-selling and complete-look selling.
• Build and actively manage a high-quality client portfolio and record client preferences.
• Use CRM to record client interactions and coordinate outreach for new arrivals and events.
