Job summary

Dolce & Gabbana in Dallas seeks a Senior Client Advisor to deliver exceptional luxury service, uphold brand standards, and build lasting client relationships. You will drive sales and mentor junior staff during peak hours.

As a front-of-house leader, you will manage clienteling, appointments, and events, while contributing to KPI targets and visual merchandising. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Passion for fashion and ability to create memorable client experiences.
• Experience in Women’s and Men’s Ready-to-Wear is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide impeccable service to clients and be an ambassador of the Dolce & Gabbana brand.
• Tailor the client experience to exceed expectations and drive sales.
• Mentor and coach team members, sharing product knowledge and best practices.
• Maintain CRM and build a strong client portfolio through proactive outreach.
• Oversee floor operations as MOD when required and support visual merchandising.
