Qualifications

• Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide impeccable service to clients and uphold brand standards.
• Drive boutique KPIs: appointments, conversions, and client acquisition.
• Mentor team members and share product knowledge.
• Oversee floor operations as MOD when required.
• Maintain CRM and client portfolio.
• Support visual merchandising and inventory processes.
• Open/close procedures and store keys when needed.
• Offer fashion trend insights and luxury market updates.
