Job summary

Haven Home Care Inc. seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse to support an expanding Eastern Ohio territory. This supervisory, per-visit role sits alongside another job and does not replace full-time work.

You will complete open visits, conduct supervisory visits, and manage pre-employment testing for aides, while traveling to client homes across Ashtabula, Columbiana, Mahoning, and Trumbull counties. The position emphasizes building a client base with variable hours and no guaranteed weekly visits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Graduation from an accredited School of Practical Nursing.
• Current Ohio LPN license in good standing.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance that covers driving for work.
• Residence in Trumbull or Mahoning County preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete open visits and collect documentation according to agency standards.
• Conduct supervisory visits every 60 days to check on Home Health Aides.
• Complete pre-employment testing (skills tests and written tests) for aides.
• Travel to client homes in Ashtabula, Columbiana, Mahoning, and Trumbull counties.
• Perform documentation and regulatory-compliance duties as required.
