Job summary

Haven Home Care Inc. is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to perform supervisory visits and open visits on a per-visit basis. The role accompanies another job, with no guaranteed hourly wage, and includes mileage reimbursement.

Initial territory is Eastern Ohio (Ashtabula, Columbiana, Mahoning, Trumbull counties). You will conduct supervisory visits every 60 days and complete pre-employment testing for Home Health Aide candidates as part of building a client base.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Graduation from an accredited School of Practical Nursing.
• Current Ohio LPN license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Complete open visits and collect documentation.
• Conduct supervisory visits every 60 days to check on Home Health Aides.
• Perform pre-employment testing (skills tests and written tests).
