Job summary

Haven Home Care Inc. in Eastern Ohio is expanding and seeks an LPN to work alongside another job in a per-visit capacity. You will not replace your current role; you’ll visit clients, document care, and participate in supervisory duties every 60 days for Home Health Aides.

Initial hours are minimal as we build our client base across Ashtabula, Columbiana, Mahoning, and Trumbull counties. Expect varying visits with mileage reimbursement and an iPad provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Graduate from an accredited School of Practical Nursing.
• Current Ohio LPN license in good standing.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance for work.
• Current CPR certification.
• Criminal background check, skills test, and written nursing test completed.
• Residence in Trumbull or Mahoning County preferred.

Responsibilities

• Documentation prepared according to agency standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct supervisory visits every 60 days to check on Home Health Aides and open visits for new clients.
• Perform pre-employment testing (skills tests and written tests) for aides.
