Job summary

Haven Home Care Inc. is expanding in Eastern Ohio and seeks an LPN to support our home care model alongside another job. This per-visit role has no guaranteed hours and emphasizes client growth and territory development.

You will complete supervisory and open visits, perform testing, and manage documentation while earning per-visit payments and mileage reimbursements as the client base expands in Ashtabula, Columbiana, Mahoning, and Trumbull counties.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Current Ohio LPN license in good standing.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel to clients.
• Current CPR certification and ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Complete open visits and supervisory visits every 60 days.
• Collect and file documentation per agency standards.
• Conduct pre-employment testing for Home Health Aide candidates.
