Haven Home Care Inc. in Ohio is seeking an LPN to join our expansion as a supervisory, per-visit role alongside your primary job. You will complete open and supervisory visits, conduct skills and written tests, and assist with pre-employment testing for aides.

Travel across Eastern Ohio counties is required, with mileage reimbursed. This position offers flexible, part-time hours with no guaranteed weekly visits, starting with low volume and increasing as client base grows.

Competenze

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Graduation from an accredited School of Practical Nursing.
• Current Ohio LPN license in good standing.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with active auto insurance that covers work.
• Current CPR certification.
• Successful completion of criminal background check, skills test, and written nursing test.

• Documentation: Prepare accurate and thorough documentation according to agency standards and regulatory requirements.
• Supervisory and Open Visits: Conduct regular supervisory visits every 60 days to check on Home Health Aides and complete open visits for new clients.
• Pre-Employment Testing: Conduct skills tests and written tests for Home Health Aide candidates.
