Job summary

Haven Home Care Inc. is expanding in Eastern Ohio and seeks a part-time LPN to perform supervisory visits and open visits without replacing a primary job. You are paid per completed visit or task, with rates of $25 for supervisory visits and $35 for open visits, skills tests, and office time. Mileage is reimbursed, and an iPad with data plan is provided.

The role builds as client volume grows across Ashtabula, Columbiana, Mahoning, and Trumbull counties.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Graduation from an accredited School of Practical Nursing.
• Current Ohio LPN license in good standing.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance for work.
• Current CPR certification.
• Successful completion of criminal background check, skills test, and written nursing test.
• Residence in Trumbull or Mahoning County preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete open visits and collect documentation per agency standards.
• Conduct supervisory visits every 60 days to check on Home Health Aides.
• Complete pre-employment testing for Home Health Aide candidates.
