Haven Home Care Inc. is seeking an LPN to work alongside another job in a per-visit capacity. You will perform supervisory and open visits, conduct skills and written tests, and travel across Ashtabula, Columbiana, Mahoning, and Trumbull counties.

The role offers flexible, part-time scheduling with no guaranteed weekly hours and mileage reimbursement. Prior nursing and home care knowledge are essential for success in building the Eastern Ohio territory.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Graduation from an accredited School of Practical Nursing.
• Current Ohio LPN license in good standing.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance that covers driving for work.
• Current CPR certification.
• Successful completion of criminal background check, skills test, and written nursing test.
• Residence in Trumbull or Mahoning County preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete open visits and collect documentation per agency standards.
• Conduct supervisory visits every 60 days to check on Home Health Aides.
• Complete pre-employment testing for Home Health Aide candidates.
• Prepare accurate documentation of visits and tasks.
