Burlington is hiring a Part-time Shortage Control Associate to maintain a secure shopping environment and deliver outstanding customer service in our Irving, TX store. You will monitor entrances/exits, greet customers, and stay vigilant to reduce theft while upholding our safety standards.

You will collaborate with store leadership, assist with shortage reduction programs, and support associates in maintaining daily security routines.

Competenze

• 1+ year of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, or Operations.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and visually monitor store environment.
• Excellent confidentiality, positive demeanor, and disciplined decision making.

Mansioni

• Monitor store entrances/exits to reduce theft opportunities and ensure security.
• Greet every customer with a warm, loud, and friendly greeting and project confidence.
• Identify theft incidents or suspicious activity and report to Manager on Duty.
• Assist in training associates on shortage reduction programs and processes.
