Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living in Waltham, MA is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide respectful, resident-focused care in a warm, home-like environment. This part-time role offers shifts 7am–3pm, 3pm–11pm or 11pm–7am with pay at $19 to $20.25 per hour.

Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required; prior skilled nursing or dementia care experience is preferred but not required. Benchmark provides benefits such as paid training, uniforms, 401k eligibility after joining, and wellness

Responsibilities

• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
• Apply customer service skills to ensure high-quality care.
• Perform other duties as needed.

We are looking for a compassionate CNA to join our team! As a Certified Nursing Assistant, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

Part time, 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm or 11pm-7am

$19/hr - $20.25/hr

CNA Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
