Main Event in Hoffman Estates, IL is seeking a Part-time Line Cook. You will prep and cook menu items to recipe specifications, adhere to safety and sanitation standards, and support the kitchen during high-volume service.

You’ll work with a team to ensure accuracy, freshness, and timely dishes for guests. Ideal candidates have at least 6 months Line Cook/Prep Cook experience, are 18+ with required Food Handlers Certification, and can work days, nights, weekends and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• 6+ months experience as Line Cook or Prep Cook.
• Must be 18+ years old with Food Handlers Certification if required.
• Availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepping and cooking all menu items per recipes and standards.
• Upholding safety, sanitation, and cleanliness at all times.
• Operate kitchen equipment properly and safely.
• Assist opening, mid-day or closing duties as assigned.
